Top Three Grand Raffle Ticket Selling Chapters and CUs for 2012
The 2012 Grand Raffle raised a record shattering amount, bringing in $200,460 for the MCULLAF (federal) PAC. This is an increase of $31,470 over the previous year. All 45,000 tickets were distributed, and a record 144 credit unions participated. This is the first year that the total dollars raised surpassed $200,000.
The top ticket-selling chapter for 2012 was the Oakland County Chapter with 9,099 tickets sold and $45,495 raised. Coming in second was the Blue Ox Chapter with 5,758 tickets sold and $28,790 raised. Third, was the Mid-Michigan Chapter with 5,073 tickets sold and $25,365 raised.
The top 3 credit unions that participated this year were Genisys CU with 4,093 tickets sold and $20,465 raised. Second, was Northland Area FCU with 3,499 tickets sold and $17,495 raised. In third place, was Credit Union One, with 1,299 tickets sold and $6,495 raised. Thank you to all of our credit unions that participated in making this our most successful Grand Raffle year so far.
