League Establishes Call Center Listserv
A new Michigan Call Center Network and Listserv are forming to provide information to team members who manage credit union call centers.
The MCUL Call Center Listserv will help facilitate convenient access to sharing ideas such as:
- Reps working from home
- Sales Expectations
- Call Times
- Cost per Call
- Online Chat position expectations
- Recommended Telephone Systems
- Recommended Incentive Systems/Programs
- Call Monitoring
- Call Center Metrics
- Interview questions

The MCUL Call Center Network intends to host free face-to-face meetings to share call center solutions and ideas.
The group is working on scheduling the first meeting for the first quarter of 2013.
