...Ten Commandments of Outbound Rules is the topic of an audio session taking place Jan. 15 from 11 a.m. to noon (EST) that will identify foundational requirements needed to have an effective outbound lending program. This session will also demonstrate that loans through outbound lending can exceed that of a credit union's branches and that it is more effective to work closer with current members not doing business with the credit union rather than spending so much money to find new ones. The session is priced at $129 per connection. For more details and to register, click here.

...One of the most popularly requested training topics, Robbery Prevention Checklist, will be offered as an audio session on Jan. 23 from 11 a.m. to noon (EST). Most financial institutions train their employees to respond to only one or two kinds of robberies, but there are actually several kinds, each with its own mechanical characteristics and suggested responses. This presentation is designed to teach participants how to "case" a credit union to identify vulnerabilities that a robber would try to exploit. The session is available for $129 per connection. Additional information and registration may be found online here.
