Maximizing Mobile Lending Trends is the topic of an audio session taking place Feb. 5 from 11 a.m. to noon (EST). Recent research reports show that today 44% of U.S. consumers carry smartphones and that ownership is highest among 25-34 year olds (64%) and 18-24 year olds (53%). This session looks at how to meet members’ changing channel preferences through a credit union’s consumer lending program, and includes a review of demographic and technology trends and teaches how to maximize credit union mobile lending. … In response to several final rules issued by the CFPB relating to consumer mortgage loan servicing, the Credit Union Collection Consortium is hosting a timely meeting on this topic on Wednesday, Feb. 13 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Michigan Schools and Government CU, 4555 Investment Drive in Troy. The speakers will be Ken Martin, vice president of servicing administration, and Alina White, member solutions manager, both from Mortgage Center.
