CFPB and NCUA Rules Covered in Reg Update Webinar 

The next MCUL & Affiliates very popular Regulatory Update webinar will take place March 19 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (EST) and will cover a number of timely topics.

CFPB rules are on the agenda, including international remittance transfers, high-cost mortgage and homeownership counseling amendment, escrow requirements, mortgage servicing, copies of appraisals, appraisals for high-priced mortgage loans, ability to repay qualified mortgage standards and loan originator compensation.

NCUA rules will also be covered, including small credit union definition, low income designation, troubled condition, rural districts and TIPS investments.
