Deadline Extended: Submit Your Innovation Today

The deadline for submissions in MCUL & Affiliates Innovation Contest has been extended. All entries must be received by the close of business on Friday, March 22.

Anyone in the Michigan credit union community can submit an entry. Simply tell us how your credit union defines innovation and puts it into practice. What have you done in the past year that was new, unique or out of the box? Perhaps it was a marketing campaign that covered new territory. Maybe it was a new product or service that you were willing to try? A new community initiative or activity? Or a new take on staffing?

MCUL is looking to feature examples of innovation at the 2013 Annual Convention & Exposition. The winners will also receive a $1000 cash prize.

Entering is simple: just submit a short essay and/or video describing your innovation, with a maximum of four supporting documents. Essays must be 400 words or less; videos must be 3 minutes or less. Submissions will be judged based on these asset groups:

Three winners will be selected, one from each asset group, and their innovations will be highlighted by MCUL CEO Dave Adams in his 2013 Annual Convention & Exposition speech. That's why, where possible, if there is a short video or visuals that help convey the innovation, it would be most helpful.

Entries must pertain to innovative programs and services implemented during the 2012 calendar year.
