The CU Link cooperative advertising campaign has launched on TV, radio, outdoor and online. Backed by a record total of more than $1 million in contributions from credit unions, the campaign boasts $2.4 million worth of advertising plus an additional $500,000 provided to credit unions to spread the campaign at the grassroots level.
All of the media elements direct potential new members to www.culinkMichigan.com. When potential members get to that site, we want to make sure that your credit union is listed properly.
All the information that appears in all credit union finders online, including www.lovemycreditunion.org and www.culinkMichigan.com, is pulled from one credit union finder, “A Smarter Choice,” www.asmarterchoice.org.
Credit unions have the ability to update their own credit union information. Click here to access the page for your credit union. If you have never logged in before, click on the “please click here for our contact form.” Fill out the form and submit it. Your access will be verified and you will be sent a login ID and a password. You can then go to the “Update your Record” at the bottom of the page, where you will be able to update your credit union information including website link, branch locations, phone numbers, emails, etc.
All participating credit unions were also sent a CU Link marketing kit with instructions that tell you how to create and maintain your profile page on www.culinkMichigan.com. This is VERY IMPORTANT. We want to make sure that anyone who accesses www.culinkMichigan.com will find your credit union profile with proper links to your website.
