...A Teller Boot Camp will be offered as an audio session on June 25 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. (EST) in cooperation with the Illinois CU League. This first of two-part series is ideal for front line tellers and zeros in on six key modules that reinforce the importance of what they do and say and how they deliver member service. The session is $169 per connection and provides participants plenty of “how-to” and a renewed commitment to excel on the job. For additional information and online registration, click here.

...There's An App for That – Digital Delivery is the topic of a June 13 audio session offered by the Illinois CU League. The session will address emerging digital delivery systems including device (mobile and tablet), engagement (apps, social media) and function (electronic loan document signing, pre-approvals and electronic payments). Participants will gain a solid understanding of emerging delivery technology and how to prepare themselves now for the rapidly approaching future. The session takes place from 11 a.m. to noon (EST) and is priced at $129 per connection. Click here to register or learn more.
