Two-Part Teller Boot Camp Audio Sessions

Two Teller Boot Camp audio sessions are taking place June 25 (Part 1) and July 9 (Part 2) in cooperation with the Illinois CU League. The program, specially designed for tellers, focuses in on six key modules that are a reminder of the importance of what they do, how they do it, what they say and how they deliver member service. The program emphasizes the importance of professional maturity, following procedures, scrutinizing each and every transaction, providing extraordinary service, mastering cross-selling and becoming accomplished at balancing. It will be an information-packed, attention-grabbing, fast-paced, two-part workshop.

Each session will offer 90 minutes of instruction and allow 30 minutes for real world scenarios and Q&A. Tellers, teller managers and teller trainers will have all of their questions answered by one of the nation’s highest rated speakers, Honey Shelton, known for captivating and motivating presentations. Participants will leave both workshops with plenty of “how-to” and a renewed commitment to excel on the job. The audios are from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (ET) and each session is $169 per connection; a 60-day archive access is included.
