Why Members Sue Credit Unions and Win! Take Action Now With This July Webinar

Litigation prevention concepts and learning how to spot problems that have the capacity to escalate beyond day-to-day matters will be topics covered in a July 16 webinar, Why Members Sue Credit Unions and Win, presented by the MCUL & Affiliates.

Participants will hear about actual case examples of financial institutions that were sued and about the outcome of the litigation. The webinar is designed to help credit unions assess risk in litigation matters and to provide techniques to improve internal litigation risk management policies. Negotiation techniques, dealing with litigation bond issues and general litigation management will also be covered.

Well-known attorney Robert Rutkowski will facilitate the webinar, which is 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (ET). Registration is $169 per Internet connection, which includes a complimentary archive which may be downloaded for permanent reference. To learn more or to register, click here.
