League News and Events

... Finding Your Edge in a Crowded Market is the topic of a July 30 audio session being delivered in cooperation with the Illinois CU League. At a time when the largest financial institutions hold nearly 50 percent of total U.S. deposits and industry consolidation is unrelenting, gaining a competitive advantage may seem like a thing of the past. Yet shifts in the economy and demographics have introduced a series of new opportunities for credit unions to be able to recognize them and respond accordingly. This session will provide participants three steps to follow to identify and take advantage of new market opportunities. The session takes place from 11 a.m. to noon (ET) and is $129 per connection, which includes access to a 60-day post-event archive. For additional information and online registration, click here.

... By popular request, a webinar on the Bank Secrecy Act will be available on July 25 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (ET). The session is a repeat of a webinar offered earlier this year titled: BSA – Are You a "Hero" or a "Pawn"? The webinar is specially discount priced at just $49 per connection, which includes a complimentary archive that can be downloaded and saved. The Bank Secrecy Act is far more than a reporting regulation and reaches into every department of the credit union. Learn more and register today.
