Steve Peterson Returns to Lead Telephone Collection School

With more than 36 years of experience in the field of collections, well known industry expert Steve Peterson will be on hand Nov. 7 to facilitate MCUL & Affiliates’ 2013 Telephone Collections School, taking place at the Somerset Inn in Troy.

The session is priced at only $169 per person and includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and workshop materials. The school will provide an overview of the components of the collection process that are critical to every credit union. Participants will engage in an interactive session designed to enlighten attendees on the challenges faced when loans go into default. Strategies will be reviewed and techniques offered to help every collection professional increase their recoveries while reducing delinquencies.

The Telephone Collection School takes place from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and attendees are urged to bring their toughest collection cases/challenges to the workshop for a group open-forum to discuss creative solutions to difficult scenarios. To learn more and register, click here.
