Alliance Catholic CU to Host Business Development Roundtable Meeting

All credit union business development and marketing professionals are welcome to register and attend a free Business Development Roundtable Meeting at Alliance Catholic CU on Tuesday, Feb. 11. The roundtable meeting will be at Alliance Catholic’s Troy branch at 255 E. Maple Road in Troy.

Each quarter credit union business development and marketing professionals meet to share best practices, collaborate and gather ideas to strengthen their credit union offerings. Some of the past agenda items covered during the roundtable meetings include SEG and community development, business lending, indirect financing programs, social media, and more.

At the roundtable meetings, attendees are able to network with fellow credit union professionals.

“The BD Roundtable meeting is a great networking event,” said Laura Cipielewski, marketing director for Detroit Metropolitan CU. “This quarterly meeting gives credit union BD professionals a venue to bring new ideas, share what works and what doesn’t with their peers. I always learn something new that I can bring back to my credit union.”

For Norman Soucy, business development manager at Genisys CU, the roundtable meetings provide unique benefits.

“The quarterly Business Development Roundtable meetings have been very important to me from an industry awareness standpoint with my professional peers,” Soucy said. “By us sharing ideas, best practices and yes even the strategies, tactics or products that didn’t work so well, we can create more successes in the fast paced business world we compete in.”

To register to attend the roundtable and send agenda items, email Alliance Catholic’s Kaye Chervenak at kchervenak@allianceccu.com. Attendees must register by Feb. 7.
