Last December, Credit Union ONE hosted a ribbon-
cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of
its relocated, full-service Shelby Township branch.
But this wasn’t just any ribbon-cutting. Alongside
the expanded lobby and drive-up hours standard
with a new branch, Credit Union ONE introduced
something newer to the credit union landscape:
interactive teller machines (ITMs).
