Cobb, who came to the credit union as a CFO, has been with BlueOx for nearly a decade. The Battle Creek-based organization is host to $225 million in assets and 20,000 members.
He talks about what it means to be a "servant leader,” retaining talent and his personal journey from being a “numbers guy” in finance to becoming a CEO.
