Hold Harmless Agreement: The Exhibitor/Sponsor assumes the responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims (1) arising out of injury or damage to or caused by the Exhibitor’s/Sponsor’s displays, equipment and other property brought on the premises of contracted property (2) caused by or arising out of the intentional acts or negligence of the Exhibitor/Sponsor, its agents, servants or employees while on the premises of the contracted property, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the contracted property, Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates, and the Michigan Credit Union League’s subsidiaries, agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims, such indemnity also to include any related attorneys' fee and court costs.
