MCUL Offers Online Project Management Professional Exam Prep Course
As credit union professionals are faced with doing more, often with less staff support, being effective with project management, timelines, expectations and budgets is becoming an even more essential skill.
To support credit unions, MCUL is offering training to prepare individuals to take the Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s) Project Management Professional (PMP) examination. The 36-hour course is broken into nine, four-hour sessions that begin in October and provides great tools even for those not interested in PMP certification.
Offered online, with the sessions held from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on October 4, 5, 25 & 26 + November 1, 2, 8, 9 & 15, registration is $899 per person.
