The latest episode of MCUL’s podcast series, Credit Unions, Coffee and Conversation, features two human resources (HR) professionals: Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) Chief HR Officer Silvia Dimma and Performance Solutions COO Paul Marston.

Dimma has been with MSUFCU for 16 years. The credit union has $7 billion in assets, nearly 350,000 members and 1,300 employees. Marston has been with CUSG’s Performance Solutions for seven years.

Together, they talked with MCUL CEO Patty Corkery about the latest trends in the HR space, including staff retention, what culture means to team members, what’s really causing burnout and much more.
