Branch Managers to Learn to Lead Exceptional Teams

Michigan credit union branch managers will gather April 3 — both virtually and at The Henry Center in Lansing — for training on how to lead an exceptional branch. With a focus on coaching, the session will be built on the member experience and the importance of branches delivering on a credit union's brand.

Attendees will discuss the employee experience, from work culture in branches to staff inclusion, and the importance of setting clear expectations and providing tools for success.
