CUltivating Leaders Workshop Ideal for Everyone Growing Up the Corporate Ladder
Top credit union executives have repeatedly reported a need for developing next-generation leaders, and MCUL has responded with a new CUltivating Leaders Workshop. The training is for mid-level managers, supervisors and anyone looking to improve skills in leadership, communication, conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
The event is being held in East Lansing at the Graduate Hotel Oct. 15-16. Registration for the workshop is now open and includes three bonus sessions, each 45-minutes in length, that will be delivered virtually on Nov. 12, Dec. 3 and Dec. 10.
