Branch Manager Training Returns by Popularity; Secure Seats Now

Credit union managers, assistant managers and up-and-coming supervisors may jump-start their leadership skills this year by registering for the MCUL Branch Manager Training on April 2, with a pre-event networking event on April 1.

Participants will have the option of attending in person at The Henry Center in Lansing or enjoying the convenience of listening in online virtually.

Attendees will discuss leading an exceptional branch, building collaboration and teamwork, and developing a culture that encourages employee retention. Sessions on reducing drama in the workplace, mentoring and motivating, and making the most of meetings will be covered, as well as addressing important issues such as preventing, detecting and responding to fraud.

The event provides a great opportunity to share and exchange ideas and to participate in the “Say it Seven + Panel” session that will feature peer attendees.
