Branch Managers Tackle Fraud Issues and More, April 2 in Lansing with Online Option

Michigan credit union branch managers, assistants, supervisors and team leads will learn about "Turning the Tide on Fraud: How to Prevent, Detect and Respond" during Branch Manager Trainer, on April 2.

The agenda includes sessions on "Management Effectiveness for Retention," "Building a Positive and Productive Culture Through Strategic Leadership," "Recruit, Retain, Mentor and Motivate" and "Meetings! Meetings! Meetings!"

Additionally, participants will engage in a "Say it in Seven!" session with peer best practices and stories, receive a brief advocacy update to help them understand current industry issues and enjoy the option of a pre-event mixer and trivia at Lansing Brewing Company.
