Directors and Volunteers Head to Traverse City for Conference; Secure Accommodations by Aug. 21
The MCUL Fall Leadership Development Conference takes place Sept. 13-15 at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Traverse City, where hotel rooms are being held on a first-come basis at a negotiated rate until Aug. 21.
Ideal for board and committee members, as well as CEOs, the event features sessions on “Threat Actors: Who are the Bad Guys?” with Steve Stasikounis and “Cultivating a Culture of Compliance” with Glory LeDu and Michael Christians. Other sessions slated at the event include “CAMEL Ratings as an Evaluation Tool,” “CEO Evaluation Insights: A Case Study,” “Small Business Lending Data Collection,” “Vendor Management for Boards,” an “Advocacy Update” and “Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering” training.
