Train the Trainer and HR Teams at HERO 24; Secure Accommodations by July 9
Employees are a credit union's greatest asset, and the employees who support and train those teams will be gathering at MCUL's HERO 24, July 30-Aug. 1, at the Delamar on the shore of the West Traverse Bay in Traverse City.
New this year the popular HR event adds a second track of sessions ideal for trainers, with topics such as "Congrats on Hiring a Rock Star" that will address employee retention, "ALL ABOARD! The Credit Union Express" to delve into onboarding plans, "Create a Thriving Culture Through Development" to make employees feel connected and "Unlocking Potential: Skill Assessments and Icebreakers for Enhanced Engagement" for resources needed to tailor each employee's journey for success.
With nearly a dozen-and-a-half sessions total, attendees will delve into discussions on "Future-Proof a Talent Strategy," "AI in a Human's World," "Riding the Liquid Workforce Wave," "What Matters Now!" and "Legal Trends to Stay in the Know," as well as enjoy "Save it in Seven (Minutes)" peer presentations.
The event offers plenty of fun networking experiences and the option to enjoy Zen Yoga on the beach each morning. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, brunch, breaks and a reception.
