Branch Manager Workshop Available Online and in Lansing
Michigan credit union branch managers will be gathering April 3 – both virtually and at The Henry Center in Lansing – for training on how to lead an exceptional branch. Participants will discuss the employee experience, from work culture in branches to staff inclusion and the importance of setting clear expectations and providing tools for success.
