Fraud Mitigation, Detection and Response a Hot Topic for Branch Managers
From building a positive work culture, to mentoring and motivating, to running meetings and retaining staff, credit union branch managers require a variety of skills, experience and knowledge to be effective.
All of these areas will be topics of conversation at the upcoming MCUL Branch Manager Training on April 2, with a pre-event networking event on April 1 at The Henry Center in Lansing (and with the option of listening in online virtually).
The event features a timely, hot topic session, “Turning the Tide on Fraud: How to Prevent, Detect and Respond to Fraud,” led by Shari Storm, as well as the popular “Say it in Seven + Panel” that will feature presentations, best practices and anecdotes to learn from delivered by peers.
Those interested are encouraged to register early and secure accommodations now if necessary.
