Grow the Next Generation of Leaders at CUltivating Leaders Workshop
As experienced and seasoned credit union executive staff members advance through their careers, there is a high demand for developing the next generation of industry leaders.
The Michigan Credit Union League has been fulfilling that need, recently delivering training to branch managers, and will now soon be offering a CUltivating Leaders Workshop to discuss how mid-level managers can improve skills in leadership, communication, conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
Held Oct. 15-16 at the Graduate Hotel in East Lansing, the event is the perfect opportunity to expand professional networking and benefit from activity-based training that engages participants to further their self-development.
Registration for the workshop will open soon and will include three bonus sessions, each 45-minutes in length, that will be delivered virtually on Nov. 12, Dec. 3 and Dec. 10. Watch for additional information at mcul.org.
