- Typically, we have seen the average FUELmi participant have a 2–3-year experience with FUELmi. The value and content we provide every year is not duplicated, so there is always new information and developmental tools that a YP can benefit from.
- Additionally, we have noticed that many YPs in their first year are a bit slow to warm up to the group and really begin taking advantage of the benefits we offer, especially when it comes to building their network amongst peers, in that second and third year.
- Staying in FUELmi for more than one year also allows a YP to run for district leadership
