Support for Our Northern Neighbors: MCUF Ice Storm Relief Fund
In late March, a devastating ice storm swept through Northern Michigan, leaving behind extreme ice accumulation, widespread power outages, downed trees, impassable roads and loss of critical communication services. In response, Governor Whitmer declared a state of emergency in 12 counties.
Credit unions across Michigan are joining forces to support affected communities. The Michigan Credit Union Foundation (MCUF) has launched a relief fund to provide $500 emergency grants to credit union members in impacted areas.
