Filene Research is, as Meyer describes it, a “boutique credit union university” that is on the forefront of the industry’s research. He talks with MCUL CEO Patty Corkery about what kind of research Filene is doing, how they’re doing it and the purpose behind it.
The two also go over some consumer trends in banking, as well as trends for young professionals, specifically, and how the credit union movement can leverage young thinkers.
