CFPB Updates to be Covered in March During YOU Conference in Grand Rapids

Several sessions at the MCUL YOU Conference will be covering issues related to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), making the event ideal for compliance and lending professionals to join marketers at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, March 26-27.

A "Regulatory Compliance Hot Topics" session will be led by Consultant Michael R. Christians that will cover the latest developments in the CFPB regulatory compliance space including the Dodd-Frank Section 1033 Personal Financial Data Rights Rule. Christians will also deliver a session on "Small Business Lending Data Collection" that will share a broader understanding of the significant compliance responsibilities imposed by the CFPB’s rule.

Attendees are encouraged to bring questions and get ready to review mandatory compliance dates, covered credit transactions, small businesses, data collection requirements, the firewall and data reporting requirements.
