CUltivating Leaders Workshop Registration Now Open; Midland or Virtual Option
Popular speaker and coach Lisa Schaefer will be delivering MCUL’s CUltivating Leaders Workshop, now being offered for a second year. The refreshed content is ideal for those who attended in the past, as well as any credit union staffer who leads themselves or others.
Attendees will have the option of attending in person on Oct. 15 at The H Hotel in Midland, with a networking mixer the evening of Oct. 14. Those unable to participate in Midland may choose a virtual option with the same speaker and agenda that will be held on Oct. 29, Nov. 5 and Nov. 12 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Both sessions will include:
- Leading with Influence: High-Performance Habits for Accountable Teams
- Leading the Member Experience: Coaching Teams to Serve with Excellence
- Skills for Leadership Success: Mastering Time Management and Resiliency Mindsets
Those interested in applying for a scholarship may do so by Aug. 1 and choose from a young professional scholarship opportunity or for being from a credit union with assets under $250M. The League is also seeking applicants to be chosen as CU Social Club Ambassadors at the event as well, and participants have until Aug. 12.
