Up and Coming Leaders and Branch Managers: Fraud and More Covered April 2 in Lansing (Online Optional)

Michigan credit union branch managers, assistants, supervisors and team leads are encouraged to secure their seats now for Branch Manager Training being offered in Lansing and online, April 2.

The agenda includes sessions on "Turning the Tide on Fraud: How to Prevent, Detect and Respond,” "Management Effectiveness for Retention," "Building a Positive and Productive Culture Through Strategic Leadership," "Recruit, Retain, Mentor and Motivate" and "Meetings! Meetings! Meetings!" Attendees will also engage in a "Say it in Seven!" session with peer best practices and stories, receive a brief advocacy update to help them understand current industry issues and enjoy the option of a pre-event mixer and trivia at Lansing Brewing Company.

The event takes place at The Henry Center in Lansing, with accommodations available at the connected Candlewood Suites. An online virtual registration option is also available.
