Branch Managers, Team Leads and Those Who Lead Themselves or Others to Learn to Lead with Influence and Member Experience
MCUL’s CUltivating Leaders Workshop returns in 2025 with content ideal for developing leaders at all levels of credit union operations. The event’s agenda focuses on developing high-performance habits to lead with influence and make teams accountable, how to coach teams to deliver service excellence and mastering time management and resiliency.
Attendees will have the option of attending in person on Oct. 15 at The H Hotel in Midland, with a networking mixer the evening of Oct. 14 or to choose a virtual option that will be held on Oct. 29, Nov. 5 and Nov. 12 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Those interested in attending also have until Aug. 12 to apply for the opportunity to be chosen as a CU Social Club Ambassador at the event.
