Next Generation Contact Center Event in Bay City Explores the Future of Member Experience, Technology and Beyond
There is still time to register for MCUL's Next Generation Contact Centers event taking place in Bay City Oct. 29-30, with pre-event networking the evening of Oct. 28.
Featuring an agenda packed with top industry experts, such as Don Arkell and David Wheatley, the event brings together colleagues from throughout the state for conversations and insights including a “Time to Talk!
