2025 Financial Counseling Training Registration Now Open
Registration is open for the 2025 Michigan Enhanced Financial Counseling Certification Training. This training will equip credit union staff in member service, branch management, lending, collections, and community education to confidently guide members towards increased financial security.
Designed to enhance the self-study FiCEP program offered by America’s Credit Unions, the MCUF enhancements add elements such as webinars and study resources, exam preparation sessions, supplemental virtual group “Next Steps,” empathy training sessions and more.
The Michigan Credit Union Foundation provides funding to make this comprehensive training affordable or free for Michigan credit union professionals. Register by March 31!
