Lending Gurus Virtual Conference to Address Strategies for Real Estate Lending in a Purchase Market
Jessica Vartanian, a senior consultant from CU Lending Advice, is slated to speak on "Strategies for Real Estate Lending in a Purchase Market" at the MCUL Lending Gurus Virtual Conference on Feb. 8-9.
As rates continue to rise, and refinance demand decreases, credit unions can still be successful in a purchase market. Vartanian will explore topics to help succeed in these current times including how to make portfolio lending a competitive advantage, about junior liens and using marketing strategies in a rising rate environment.
The conversation will also cover real estate products and programs to consider for consultative lending in real estate.
