Invest in Your Leadership Journey: Register for the CUES Essential Leadership Progarm

Michigan credit union young professionals looking to strengthen their leadership skills and prepare for future opportunities are encouraged to register for the upcoming CUES Essential Leadership Program before the July 15 kickoff.

Designed specifically for emerging and developing leaders, this five-month program provides participants with practical leadership development, peer networking opportunities and personalized coaching to help them grow both professionally and personally.

The program includes:

• A five-month, self-paced online curriculum
• Three core leadership courses focused on leadership foundations, emotional intelligence and executive presence
• Live virtual coaching and discussion sessions
• A flexible learning format requiring approximately 4-6 hours per month

Whether you're leading projects, managing teams or preparing for your next career step, this program offers valuable tools and insights that can help you increase your impact within the credit union and the communities you serve.

Thanks to financial support from the Michigan Credit Union Foundation (MCUF) and FUELmi, Michigan participants can enroll for just $700, a significant savings from the standard $1,200 registration fee.

Enrollment is open to any Michigan credit union young professional under the age of 40 at the time of registration. FUELmi membership is not required. Participation is limited to 50 individuals, and registration is being filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

With the program beginning on July 15, 2026, interested YPs are encouraged to secure their spot soon!
