Members First Credit Union Named One of Michigan’s Best Places to Work

Members First Credit Union has been named one of Michigan’s Best Places to Work by Crain’s Detroit Business, earning recognition as one of the state’s top employers.

The honor reflects the people and culture that make Members First a workplace where employees can grow, feel supported and find purpose in their work.

According to feedback gathered as part of the selection process, Members First team members highlighted opportunities for growth, flexibility, connection and a strong sense of belonging as key elements of the employee experience. Together, these qualities help create a workplace where employees can build meaningful careers while making a difference in the communities they serve.

“Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Michigan is a reflection of the incredible people who make Members First what it is,” said Carrie Iafrate, President and CEO of Members First Credit Union. “We want our team members to know they matter, that their work has purpose and that they have a place to grow. When our people are thriving, that joy carries through to our members and communities, too. We are honored to be recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business!”

The Best Places to Work in Michigan program recognizes employers that create strong workplace experiences. Honorees are selected based on information provided by employers regarding workplace practices, programs and benefits, as well as employee feedback regarding workplace experience, engagement and satisfaction. Results from both components determine each year’s honorees and rankings.

Crain’s Detroit Business Best Places to Work in Michigan program recognizes employers across the state for creating strong employee experiences and workplace cultures.
