TBA Credit Union Welcomes New Leaders to Enhance Member Experience
TBA Credit Union (TBACU) has added three new team members in key roles aimed at strengthening service delivery and improving the overall member experience. Kris Wood and Jill McDonnell have joined the organization as Branch Leaders, while Jonathan Wilson has been named IT Support Manager.
In their new positions, Wood and McDonnell will oversee branch operations and focus on building meaningful, day-to-day relationships with members. Their leadership is expected to support a welcoming and responsive in-branch experience. Wilson will lead IT support efforts, helping to ensure that the credit union’s digital services remain reliable, efficient and accessible to members.
The addition of these roles reflects TBACU’s continued focus on enhancing every stage of the member journey, from in-person interactions at branch locations to digital banking services. By strengthening both operational and technological support, the credit union aims to maintain its commitment to service excellence and community engagement.
