Zeal Names New CXO
Zeal Credit Union has welcomed Srinivasa “Sastri” Siravuri as the new Chief Experience Officer (CXO). In his new role, Sastri will spearhead the credit union’s efforts to elevate and enhance the overall member experience journey across all touchpoints.
Siravuri brings a wealth of experience and industry insight to Zeal. His visionary and strategic leadership has been instrumental in shaping the credit union landscape. At Zeal, Sastri will focus on optimizing the member journey, enhancing member satisfaction and driving engagement to ensure Zeal members take full advantage of cutting-edge solutions.
“Sastri brings a great deal of knowledge and experience in strategy, technology transformation and digital innovation,” said CEO Julie Kreinbring. “His expertise and passion for the perfect experience make him the ideal leader to elevate our member experience across all channels”.
Siravuri brings a wealth of experience in and out of the credit union space. Most recently, he served as the Cloud Migration Architect for a semiconductor client in California. Prior to that role, he had a progressive career with credit unions in Iowa and New Mexico. He has an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Ohio State University and a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
